  • 1.Purchase

    Once you find an item you like in the store, press "Add to Cart" to add it to your shopping cart

    You cannot purchase "pre-order items" and "regular items" in the shopping cart at the same time. Also, even if they are "pre-order items", they cannot be purchased at the same time if they have different "product release dates". Please place separate orders.

    Please check the contents of your shopping cart and click the "Proceed to Purchase" button to proceed to the Order Information Registration.

    Proceed to the purchase procedure

    If you are a first time user, you need to register (free of charge) as a member. To register as a member, please set your name, e-mail address, and password. After registration, you will be able to log in with your registered e-mail address and password.

    • *Shipping charges are not included in the price in your cart.
    • *A flat rate of 800 yen (tax included) is charged per delivery regardless of the number of items ordered. No additional charge is made for delivery to islands. However, the above does not apply to delivery of large items, etc. Please check each product information page for details.
    • *Please check each product information page.
    • *DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, video games, and some DVD-Audio products have a region code for each region in which they are sold. The region code is set on both the player and the software, and the software cannot be played unless both of them have the same code. Please check the type of player you have and the type of DVD or Blu-ray Disc you are purchasing below before purchasing the product. In Japan, the region code is set to 2 for DVDs and A for Blu-ray discs.
  • 2.Order Information Registration

    Please enter the order information (name, address, contact information, and phone number) necessary to ship the product.

    • *We will send an "Order Completion E-mail" and "Payment Completion E-mail" to the e-mail address you have entered, so please make sure that "shop.ygex.jp" and "support-user.com" are set to receive them, or cancel your spam mail settings. Please contact your cell phone company or the manufacturer of your email software for more information about the details of your contract and how to set up your email settings.
  • 3.Shipping Method Selection

    Orders will be shipped by Yamato Transport.

    • *Please check the scheduled shipping start date on each product detail page at the time of purchase.
  • 4.Payment

    This SHOP offers multiple payment options.

    • *Please contact your credit card company or payment service for information on when your payment will be deducted.
    • *If you wish to register a billing address different from your delivery address, you can do so.
    • *You can register your payment information on our website. Once registered, you will not need to register your information again the next time you place an order.
  • 5.Confirmation of purchased items

    You can check on your purchases in the following ways

    Confirmation by order confirmation e-mail
    After you purchase an item, an "Order Confirmation E-mail" will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. You can confirm your order by clicking the "View Order" link in the e-mail.
    Since this e-mail is very important for our customers, please make sure that you have set your spam mail settings as described in section "2.
    Please note that this site is not able to check your membership information, reservation/purchase history of related products, and delivery status of the former "YGEX OFFICAIL SHOP.
    Please check your membership information on My Page (for registered members only).
    If you have registered as a member and made a purchase with that account, you can check the status of your order from your order history on My Page. Please log in from the menu and check your order status on My Page.
    Products purchased before registering as a member will not appear in your order history.
  • 6.Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

    • Please note that we basically cannot accept returns or cancellations for customer reasons after an order has been placed. Only in the case of initial defects or damage to the product, we will exchange it for a new product if you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please note that we will bear the return shipping costs for initial defects or damage.

      In addition, we do not accept reshipment in the event that an item is returned due to the customer moving to a new address, or due to an address entry error resulting in an unknown delivery address, etc. Orders will be cancelled in accordance with our Terms of Use.
      Shipping, handling, and return fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount and refunded to the payment method used.
      We will inform you of the details of the refund by e-mail at the time of order cancellation.
    • The sizes listed are basically measurements on a flat surface and may vary slightly.
    • Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the color, texture, etc. may appear different from the actual product.
