TREASURE's first double-A-side single, which includes the JP version of the latest single "KING KONG," which debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes chart in 18 countries and regions, and "REVERSE," the theme song for the Friday night TV drama "Densetsu no Hedou (Legendary Head) Sho" on Asahi Television in the July season. The double A-side single is TREASURE's first release.
KING KONG -JP Ver." is a dynamic dance song with a strong beat and a powerful bass, and the lyrics express a blind and sad love that "I know it can't be fulfilled, but I love you with all my heart".
The song "Reverse" was selected as the theme song for TV Asahi's Friday night drama "Densetsu no Hedou (Legendary Head) Sho" in July, 2012. The song is about the strong will to "be reborn as a new you, a true you, and seize the future". The song starts with an impressive and edgy Wobble Bass phrase, followed by a heavy bass RAP that raises the listener's spirits, and then expands into the chorus with a fast and addictive drum beat, creating an energetic and emotional upper tune that transcends genres and draws in a wide range of listeners in the TREASURE style.
The DVD/Blu-ray will include the MUSIC VIDEO of "KING KONG -JP Ver.-" and BEHIND THE SCENES for the first time.
